Shipping & Return Policy
We only produce what you order and once you order it. We take between 2 - 4 weeks for an item until it is ready to be shipped out to you.
All items will be shipped within 30 days of the order being placed. Shipping will take 3 -5 days for EU destinations.
Only unused items within 14 days of receipt can be returned. Items must be unworn and in its original condition with all garment tags still attached. Before sending your item(s) by post to us, please send us an email to email@example.com with the following:
- Name & Surname
- Delivery Address
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return and
- Reason for return
Additionally please note:
- We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery cost
- You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we strongly advise that you send the package using a tracking service that insures you for the value of goods.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Unfortunately items cannot be exchanged online. Instead please return your item(s) to us and simply place your exchange order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We check all items before they are shipped. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us on email@example.com
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used when the purchase was made. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different card or bank account. Once the refund requests is send to your bank or card issuer, It will take approximately 5-10 business days (depending upon the bank) to see the refund as a credit.
Some refunds—those issued shortly after the original charge—appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of a reversal, the original charge drops off your statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
